We reserve the right to request your identity, source of funds, and proof of address. Failure to provide required documentation may result in transaction cancellation, at our discretion.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your Click & Collect or Online Order anytime before collection or dispatch.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection/dispatch will incur a £10 late fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not refund any fees charged by your card issuer.
