6. Cancellations & Refunds

• You can cancel your Click & Collect or Online Order anytime before collection or dispatch.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection/dispatch will incur a £10 late fee.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not refund any fees charged by your card issuer.
